During Peak times, shipping times are subject to change.

Tracking information will only update when your package arrives in the destination country, do not be alarmed if the tracking code is invalid after purchase.


Understandably there are many factors and variables which affect delivery times, from experience most deliveries are received by our customers within 14 days, however this can vary during busy shipping periods.

If you have not received your parcel after 40 days please contact us immediately.

All orders are sent via tracked mail, for which you will receive a tracking code* in your inbox.  If you have not received this within 3 days of placing your order, please first check your junk mailbox, and failing that contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.

*Please note, tracking of your item is not available until the item has arrived in its destination country.



All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of orders being placed, if you would like to cancel or modify your order please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email at or the form on our contact page.  Once the order has been dispatched and in transit we are unable to make changes.



If upon receipt of your order, there are items which are damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within 72 hours, via email at

Within this email we ask that you provide the following:

- A description of the faulty item

- Your order number

- A photo of the item in question

Disclaimer: The above is solely for items which arrive damaged, whether this be faults or damage caused during the shipping process.  We are not responsible for damage caused during incorrect or misuse of our product.



If you feel you are missing any items from your shipment, please firstly check your order confirmation against the items you have received. 

If after checking your order confirmation, you are in-fact missing an item from your shipment, please contact our customer service team so we can issue a replacement.



If you are unhappy with your product we are happy to accept returns, during the 14-day return period upon receipt of your product.  However, we do not accept any responsibility for the transit of items during return.  The customer is responsible for the organisation and shipping costs of their return, SL8 will not take any responsibility for this.  If you would like to make a return please contact



Full refunds (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) are available for faulty, damaged or missing items.  If your query falls under one of these aforementioned categories, please contact us upon receiving your order.

Full refunds (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) will be credited back to the original form of payment used when placing your order.  This process can take up to 7 days for payments to appear in your account.
